How much does a VoIP business phone system cost?
Cost depends on the number of users, phones and locations and the features you need. We review your call flow and network first and give you a written proposal.
Do the phones cost extra?
No. Phones are free when you sign up for TechCore IP phone service.
Can we keep our current phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. Existing business numbers can usually be moved to a new VoIP service. We handle the move and plan it to keep downtime to a minimum.
Why does VoIP call quality sometimes sound bad?
Poor call quality usually comes from the network: not enough bandwidth, busy connections or equipment not set up to prioritize voice. We check and prepare the network before installing phones.
Can employees take business calls on their cell phones?
Yes. Most business VoIP systems include a mobile app so staff can make and take calls with the business number from their phone.
Does VoIP work if the internet goes down?
Calls need an internet connection. Systems can be set to forward calls to mobile phones or another number during an outage, and some businesses add a backup internet connection.
Can one phone system cover multiple offices?
