We have been customers of Turner Security since 1993 so for 33 years. Bill Turner(owner) came and signed us up by coming to our home as we were building our home back in 1993.
We thought the world of Mr bill and still do but in the past few years the company sold to someone else. I recently asked for a discount for seniors as we are now seniors. They said they don’t offer one. I asked if they would take it to the president of the company to see if that could be done as I’m sure we are not the only seniors on reduced incomes that use them and have for a very long time.
Will said he presented it twice to the president and he said no discount.
It seems that being very loyal and long term customers means nothing anymore to this company.
I’m very saddened by this and we now have to make a decision as to whether to stay with them or not. The security company market is very competitive these days so it seems a senior discount would be a good idea.
